I gained 100 pounds in 1996. I lost it in 1999 and I've kept it off since. Maybe you, or someone you know, can benefit from my experience.
Here's how I did it: I changed the way I eat, I started exercising, I took supplements, I was ruthless, and I haven't stopped.
